Telehealth
We continue to offer telephone consultations to patients who cannot attend the surgery .
Telehealth is NOT an alternative to normal face-to-face consultations and doctors reserve the right to insist on a face to face consultation if they feel it is indicated for proper care and your safety.

Telehealth fee rates are the same as in clinic appointments, and are available for regular patients of the clinic. Medicare rebates are only available if you have had a face to face appointment in the last 12 months. Not all appointment types are eligible for telehealth Medicare rebates, and as such in person appointments are preferred. If you require physical examination, your doctor may request a face to face appointment

To secure a telehealth booking, credit card details are required at the time of booking.
For long or extended telehealth consultations, you must be registered with MyMedicare and your GP to receive the correct rebate.“You can register for MyMedicare using your Medicare online account or for more information click here https://www.health.gov.au/our-work/mymedicare/patients
