Home visits are generally available for regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. Home visits can be organised with the treating doctor and practice manager.

Home Medication Reviews
If our doctors believe you may benefit from a review of your medication, they will organise for an accredited pharmacist to come to your home, and review your medication. This is a free service Medicare provides. Home Medication Reviews

Audiology (Hearing Tests)

GP Mental Health Plan
Mental health care plans are for people with a mental illness who have several healthcare professionals working with them. A care plan explains the support provided by each of those professionals and when treatment should be provided. Your care plan might also include what to do in a crisis or to prevent relapse.

Electrocardiograph (ECG)
An ECG is a test to check for problems with your hearts electrical system. It may be used to help screen for undiagnosed heart problems or unexplained chest pain

Once a doctor has seen a patient they can write a medical certificate for a specific condition. It is illegal to back date medical certificates.
