Welcoming Dr. Alix Armstrong

Dr Alix Armstrong graduated from Griffith University in 2011 and completed her Internship and Residency at Cairns Base Hospital. In 2014 Alix returned home to Brisbane to commence working in General Practice. She obtained her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2016. Alix has completed post graduate studies with a Diploma in Child Health through the University of Sydney. She is also trained in Implanon insertion and removal. Prior to medicine Alix completed a degree in Occupational Therapy and worked as an Occupational Therapist.
Alix has broad general practice experience and enjoys all aspects of general practice. She feels privileged to care for her patients, and is comfortable caring for everyone from the newborn to the elderly.
